Peter Cavedon - Director

From inception of the business Peter has developed and spearheaded this business, professional relationships, a team and culture that sets a high standard in the industry. Maintaining that for over 21 years in the construction industry is testament to the strength of his business and abilities that comes with over 33 years of experience.

Starting out in a small town in country Victoria, where he grew up, being taught precision and practicing his craft daily there is no aspect of a build, small or large that he hasn’t experienced in his professional life. Most notably his reputation speaks for itself.

Peter believes that the key to success in carpentry is passion and commitment.

In his spare time, you will find Peter spending time with his family.

Angela Jones - Project Manager

With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry from feasibility through to delivery of projects in the development and construction arms, Angela’s role at Altitude is project manager. Ensuring that operations of the business run smoothly and are executed with efficiency and detail, Angela’s meticulous planning and analysis allows her to lead the way for the team.

Outside of work, you will typically find Angela spending time with family and friends and taking part in the various activities and committees with which she is associated outside of work.

Scott Hogan - Site Manager

Having worked over 11 years as a carpenter and over six years at Altitude, Scott has developed his knowledge to become a seasoned foreman. Scott plays a lead role in managing the on-site team, allocating tasks and overseeing them to ensure they are being executed accurately in particular with areas in which require detail or adhoc tasks, referred to Day Labour, often assigned to Altitude at any given site across Melbourne.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys racing mountain bikes, driving his classic project car, maintaining and improving tools, spending time with his children.

Bryce Spencer - Site Manager

Bryce is a firm believer in organisation being the key factor to ensuring the on-site team is performing to their maximum potential. With a background in high end residential construction Bryce joined Altitude three and a half years ago to further develop his skills in commercial construction. His determination and work ethic have seen him become a leader amongst his peers.

Bryce’s hobbies include surfing, fishing, travelling overseas, following the football (AFL) and Basketball (NBA).

Andrew Hardie - Site Manager

Having been a part of the Altitude team for over 10 years, Andrew is regarded as a valuable leader who radiates resilience and positivity. Andrew’s role on-site involves overseeing the team, assigning tasks and solving problems that emerge.

Andrew’s hobbies include camping, bushwalking, bike riding, travelling and working to improve his house. Andrew is a member of the Melbourne Cricket Club and is a lifelong Melbourne Demons supporter.

Sam Dodgshun - Site Manager

Sam is emerging as a strong leader. Taking pride in his workmanship and that of his peers, Sam takes time to ensure that the team is working to their strengths and following best practice. Accountability is one of Sam’s most redeeming qualities as a leader, as he follows through all that he undertakes.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys going fishing, camping, watching the cricket and playing golf.

Dylan Sutherland - Estimator

Shortly after graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) in 2016, Dylan joined Altitude as an Estimator. Dylan’s role is the tendering of projects which in doing so requires immense accuracy and detail. An important role within the business, as Dylan collaborates with suppliers, clients and his peers to ensure as a business we always put our best foot forward.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys bike riding, travelling, going to the beach, hiking, trying different foods and spending time with loved ones.

Lucas Pham - Business Support Assistant

Having commenced his Bachelor of Computer and Network Engineering at RMIT, Lucas brings a fresh perspective, innovation and youthful exuberance to the business. Managing the social media platforms for Altitude, he ensures our current and prospective clients have a real insight in to the business, the people and our values. Lucas is versatile as he supports those around him in his day to day tasks and is a key member of the team.

In his spare time, Lucas enjoys watching UFC, playing the guitar and piano and spending time with his family.
